What does 'unlimited call-outs' actually mean?
You can request maintenance support as many times as you need during your active annual contract — no visit fee, no per-call charges. Fair-use policy applies for excessive misuse.
Are spare parts included in the AMC?
No. Spare parts and materials are billed separately at transparent market rates. Labour for minor repairs is included within the plan limits.
How quickly can you start coverage?
AMC coverage starts the same day you sign. We can dispatch a team within 2–4 hours for urgent issues, and your free property inspection can usually happen on the day of inquiry.
Do you cover villas and large homes?
Yes. Our Standard and Premium plans are designed for villas and 3–5 bedroom properties. We tailor pricing based on size and usage.
Is there a plan for Airbnb / holiday homes?
Absolutely. Our Premium Holiday Home plan includes automated checkout-cleaning CRM, urgent turnover repair support, and priority response for guest-ready issues.
What happens if a repair is needed outside work hours?

Can I cancel my AMC?
Yes. You can cancel after the first 3 months with 30 days’ written notice. Pre-paid annual plans are non-refundable but transferable.
